2012 Deadlines A quick reminder of a couple of deadlines that are approaching, both at the end of Sunday 1st July 2012. The first is the cut-off for registrations to be included in the show programme. Currently we have over 1,100 vehicles registered, with space for another 600 and anticipate closing registration early in August, so to avoid disappointment please don't delay registering your classic vehicle. The second deadline is for clubs. So that we can layout the showground and get the vehicles in as quickly as possible, we must close registration for clubs at the end of Sunday 1st July 2012. If you would like to register your club please contact us at classicclubs@cranleighlions.org and we'll send you details. Brooklands Trust We're delighted that Brooklands Trust will be returning in 2012, with more and different vehicles. We had a top level meeting with them today and will be able to make some exciting announcements about Brooklands' involvement in the car show in a couple of weeks. Cranleigh Carnival In addition to the car show Cranleigh Lions also organise an annual Carnival in Cranleigh, which this year is on Saturday 30th June. If you are local to Cranleigh and looking for a great family day out, the carnival fits the bill perfectly, with sideshows and attractions, arena events and a parade through Cranleigh High Street starting at 12.30pm. Missing Tickets If you register your vehicle online you will be automatically sent an email with a link to a PDF ticket. Sometimes the email gets caught in a spam filter and doesn't arrive. Your ticket should arrive with two hours of registering and if it doesn't, or you have problems opening or printing the ticket, please contact us at classicregistration@cranleighlions.org and please include your ticket number if known (you'll see this immediately after registering) or your vehicle registration number. We'll send you the email again and if that fails we'll post it to you. We will follow up on your ticket enquiry, although it might take up to 7 days to reply. Please note we are unable to respond to ticket enquiries after the 12 August as we're busy preparing for the show. | | |  | Please share this with others | |
