NimCon 11 scale model contest and show photo gallery NimCon has become a must-attend Midwest model show and contest The IPMS Lakes Region Scale Modelers hosted the 11th annual NimCon model contest and show in McHenry, Illinois, in June. Drawing modelers from Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan, the show saw more than 400 models on the contest tables and a packed vendor area, with support from Revell and Model Rectifier. A perennial favorite with the FSM crew both for model quality and the friendly atmosphere, the magazine attended this year’s NimCon and was not disappointed by the models on display.
