Brooklands Museum Display in the arena with actress Trudie Goodwin We're delighted to announce that Brooklands Museum are returning to the classic car show for a third year and will be bringing 12 interesting vehicles with them for display in the arena including a 7 ton Routemaster bus and a 1914 Stanley Steamer. Brooklands will also be bringing actress Trudie Goodwin, most famous for her role as Sergeant June Ackland in the long running ITV series The Bill. Trudie has recently been touring in the stage version of Calendar Girls and on the 21st will take part in the arena display on board the Stanley Steamer Top Prizes in the Raffle If you've been to the classic car show before you will know all about our raffle. We've had some excellent prizes over the years and 2011 is no exception. Top of the list is a light aircraft flight for 2 people lasting about one hour and worth in excess of £150. We also have a £100 voucher from PMA Motor Factors, one of our sponsors and some mystery prizes from Mobil. We're not sure what Mobil have for us, last year we had a drop of oil from Lewis Hamilton's World F1 Championship winning car, a truly unique prize. Tickets cost just £1 and can only be bought inside the showground, either at the public entrance gate or from one of our roving raffle ticket teams. The raffle will be drawn at 3.30pm and if you have a winning ticket and are not there to collect your prize, we will contact you to arrange delivery. All of our prizes are donated so all of the money raised in the raffle goes to help our four nominated charities, plus other Cranleigh Lions projects. Full details of the other raffle prizes can be found at www.cranleighlions.org/classiccarshow Have you Received Your Registration Ticket?
